Our Projects

Constructing Affordable Housing, Empowering Change

At KNSA, our projects are dedicated to enhancing communities through thoughtful and impactful development. We focus on transforming properties into affordable housing, creating spaces that foster community growth and support residents’ needs. Our efforts include both new developments and the rehabilitation of historic structures, ensuring that each project contributes positively to the community.

By combining innovative planning with a commitment to preserving heritage, we strive to create quality living environments that are both sustainable and supportive. Our goal is to make a meaningful difference through every project, improving the quality of life for individuals and families while strengthening the community as a whole.

Our Main Street Housing has just been awarded a $500,00 Housing and Urban Renewal grant to build two homes on the land pictured here given by Long Island Trinity Trust, Regina McGowqn, Trustee. Look for more information and activity on these two lots.
