We have good news to share! Keeping North Stonington Affordable is in line to receive $550,000 in Congressionally Directed Spending. This grant for ‘gap spending’* makes it possible to build two affordable homes on our property and rehabilitate the schoolhouse on 119 Clarks Falls Road to be sold as an affordable home. The grant comes with the obligation that we contribute to that bottom line. Our contribution is $15,000 and, as always, we look to our supporters to help us fulfill that obligation.
